This carbon nanotube heating pad is specifically designed for the thermal performance of the next generation. The pad is made from a blend of cotton, nylon, and elastic fibers, providing a soft and breathable base that can adapt to the movement of the feet. Cotton ensures a comfortable skin contact, nylon enhances durability, and the elastic fibers enable the heating element to stretch to 180% of its original size – perfect for dynamic activities such as skiing or hiking. Through knitting technology, it forms a seamless, 0.3-millimeter-thick contour, eliminating the feeling of heaviness and ensuring compatibility with tight shoes.

The carbon nanotube heating element utilizes nanoscale conductivity to evenly distribute heat throughout the foot, reaching a temperature of 40 – 55°C in as little as 90 seconds. Unlike traditional wires, the nanotube network does not exhibit hotspots during heat dissipation, and it consumes 30% less power than alloy wires. The heating duration of this heating pad is 3 – 11 hours (depending on the voltage), compatible with 3.7V – 7.4V batteries, balancing safety and performance. This fabric is treated with antibacterial silver ions to prevent odor production, and its breathable knitted structure can absorb moisture, keeping the feet dry during high-intensity use.
